Joseph is a qualified Accountant who founded Peregrine Projects in 1994. He brings intuition and decisiveness to the team, fostering a collaborative approach towards considered project outcomes.
Forever in touch with market conditions, Joseph takes the lead during any project negotiations and acquisitions. Equipped with a detailed understanding of feasibilities, his hands on approach allows him to manage all aspects of the development and divestment processes.
With a Masters in Taxation and Bachelor of Business, Joseph is also instrumental in managing the Family Office and Advisory Board functions of br Wellington, an Accountancy practice he founded in 1994.
Graham is a Chartered Accountant who joined Peregrine Projects in 2009. He brings a disciplined approach to all projects, ensuring key fundamentals and criteria are accounted for and met.
With a strong emphasis on Governance, he ensures all regulatory requirements are adhered to, as well as continually managing and improving communications with key stakeholders.
Prior to joining Peregrine Projects, Graham held executive positions at various Chartered Accounting practices and property development funds.
With a Bachelor of Economics, Graham is also a Director of br Wellington, Accountants.
Michael is an experienced Development Manager who joined Peregrine Projects in 2016. With a genuine passion for property, Michael is instrumental in managing all aspects of our development outcomes, from acquisition to delivery.
A good communicator, Michael brings a pragmatic and empathetic approach to his work, ensuring all our projects are delivered in a collaborative and meaningful manner.
Prior to joining Peregrine Projects, Michael held various positions across Melbourne, Sydney and London managing multiple mixed use projects.
He holds Bachelor of Planning and Design and a Bachelor of Property and Construction.
John is an experienced property Lawyer who joined Peregrine Projects in 2016 after a long engagement as their external Lawyer. With results based approach, John guides the business through all legal and regulatory frameworks.
Instrumental in managing acquisitions and legal due diligence, John implements and executes all legal agreements in relation to sales, leasing, construction and development.
Prior to joining Peregrine Projects, John was Property Partner at a number of leading law firms, and Special Council at Gadens.
He holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts.
Vicky joined Peregrine Projects in 2005 and has been instrumental in guiding and managing the business growth since then.
With a particularly strong attention to detail, Vicky assists the team in managing all facets of the business. Her strong relationships with agents allows for the effective implementation of all project launches and sales, as well as for an efficient management to all leasing and tenancy matters.
Prior to joining Peregrine Projects, Vicky was Corporate Affairs Manager at various legal and accounting firms. She holds various administration qualifications and the REIV Agents Representative Certificate.
Amy joined Peregrine Projects in 2010 as a receptionist and gradually grew into the role of Executive Assistant.
With a personable manner and a strong work ethic, Amy provides support across all areas of the business to ensure an efficient and harmonious work place.
Shangar joined Peregrine Projects in 2018 and has quickly become a trusted member of the team. Methodically navigating through GST, Tax, Superannuation, accounts payable/receivable and month end reports, Shangar ensures all financial reporting is creditable and purposeful.
Prior to joining Peregrine Projects, Shangar spent a number of years reporting for a large hospitality venue.
He holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science (Business).
